- NFOPP – (including the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and National Association of Estate Agents) including client money protection
- The Property Ombudsman Scheme
- Deposit Protection Scheme - The Dispute Service is an independent, not-for-profit, company established to resolve tenancy deposit disputes in the private rented sector.
Fees to Landlords
You must decide what level of service you wish to receive. We offer:
A Let Only Service – This includes Advertising and finding suitable tenants. A thorough referencing process and preparing a contract which is completely compliant. The fee for this is 8.50% inclusive of VAT of the first year’s rent.
A Fully Managed Service – This will include all aspects of the Let only service. Full management of any ongoing repairs and rent collection and payment. The fee for this is 13% inclusive of VAT of the monthly rent for as long as the property is ‘under management’
