These include local and national newspaper and publication adverts, editorial and PR and major property portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket.com. We invest in search engine optimisation so that our site stays high on web searches and also we have recently invested in Facebook advertising.
We always accompany potential buyers when they come to view your property and we will negotiate on your behalf to get the best price for your home.
We will manage the sales transaction, liaising with all of the various parties on your behalf until a satisfactory completion is achieved.
